Ingrid N. Howard is a native of Atlanta, GA. She is a graduate of Clayton State College and University where she obtained her BA in Business Management in 2000. Since graduating Ingrid has worked exclusively in the medical field. Her experiences have included various clerical and medical billing duties. Her strengths include reliability, personal and professional integrity, excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ingrid has over seven years experience in home healthcare and medical front office. Outside of working Ingrid enjoys spending time with her three children and exercising. Ingrid's outgoing personality is a delight to her coworkers and patients.

Ingrid has been a member of the Genesis family since February 2010.
